Underway
Well another year if underway and we all feel the excitement. My Globaloria students are excited to be learning about blogs and wikis. Yesterday we watched the Presidents speech and they all attempted to make a blog about it. I saw that we will be working on what should really be in a blog, more than just we watched the President. But I see that we will make strides in this class as we go along.

Lisa, I think using the President's speech as an opening blog issue was a great way to connect social issues and blogging initially for the students. - Bill

hey mrs. Dolan its ryan allen...do u remember me from middle school. i haven't seen u in a long time i just started globaloria this year and so far it is a lot of fun.

It's great that the kids are excited about the class. You certainly are having more fun in comparison to the last year! It's a great idea to have students express their thoughts through blogging and connect their posts to the events taking place in their lives.
